This service is provided by Shaitece Trigg. Through sport performance training, athletes will increase their ability to execute the physical and strategic (IQ) components of their sport. The aim is to develop high functioning athletes by improving and correcting deficiencies in coordination, mobility, stability, and balance. With a strong emphasis on movement science, Shift Performance focuses on enhancing athletes’ speed, agility, explosiveness, reaction, coordination, and present-moment processing (decision making & awareness).

Assessing athletes through a bio-mechanical lens, Shift Performance tailors programs and training sessions to the athlete-sport-position with injury prevention being the #1 priority.

All session are 75minutes.
