Mental Perfformance

First, we want to inform you that mental performance is for everyone— anyone who wants to enhance functionality and performance within their respective fields, WE GOT YOU!

It is important to understand that reaching optimal performance levels starts with shaping one’s foundation and regulatory system. Through this shaping, performers learn to build and restructure their internal and external selves to execute in a desired manner.

We are dedicated to making you SECURE and ELITE!

We do this through the use of sports & performance psychology education and mental performance training. We implement an integrative applied system that is tailored to your needs and goals. This system includes interventions, strategies, exercises, and coping mechanisms that facilitate dysfunctional areas. We operate on real time-real progress basis to be diligent and intentional about your growth process.

Sports Performance

Through sports performance training, we will structure and orchestrate dynamic sessions that are specific to the athlete and sport, producing immediate but efficient results. With Functional Training being the foundation of our style, and injury prevention being the primary focus, every athlete and/or team will have a better sense of body awareness, control, and execution when playing. We concentrate on body placement and alignment, as well as muscle productivity and engagement when executing drills that meet the demands of sport. This helps athletes be intentional with their bodies when carrying out specific tasks/drills. They gain knowledge of how to apply their bodies correctly for qualitative activation and movement during in-game situations.This type of knowledge and application separates athletes from ELITE athletes.

  • Biomechanical analyzation and correctives

  • In-game translation

  • Dynamic movement, power & strength, speed & agility, balance, mobility & stability, reaction &  hand-eye-foot coordination, flow, and more
